The types of personal information we collect depends on the product or service you receive from us. When you register or purchase a product from our online store, you will provide personal information that we use to manage your account. This information may include, but is not limited to: Your name, phone number and address; your email address and as part of the buying and selling process, your credit card number and related information.
Why We Collect It
KeVer Consulting Group (“we”, “us”) may collect certain personal information to provide you with the KeVer Online Review System, to perform marketing- and research-related activities, and other administrative services (e.g., setting up new accounts and maintaining existing accounts). We also may use this information to respond to inquiries about our products and services and to notify you of additions, updates, and other changes to our product line or the services provided, and to complete the buying and selling process through kvconsults.com.
Use and Access to It
We do not, as a general policy, disclose the personal information we collect from your use of the Service to anyone outside of KeVer Consulting Group; however, we do make exceptions to our general policy in situations where: (1) you tell us to do so; (2) where we are required to do so by law, court order or legal investigation; and, (3) if we use third-party service providers, these service providers may have access to your personal information to perform contractually specified services on the behalf of KeVer Consulting Group. In this instance, we contractually require all personal information shared be kept confidential and will take reasonable steps to ensure that any third parties receiving information about you maintain the confidentiality of that information.

How We Protect It
Protecting your personal information is very important to us. These measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and communication and physical security measures used to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal information.
We use secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems to help ensure only authorized individuals have access to our stored data. Your credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). While we recognize no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements when transferring and receiving data over secure servers.
